Dispatch

Australia Post mail is arranged for small orders unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that these orders cannot be traced unless the slightly more expensive option of  Express Post is taken.  Essenza takes care in preparing orders for despatch, however Essenza takes no responsibility for any items lost or damaged or any delay that occurs during Australia Post shipping.

Courier Service

Essenza also uses Fastway Couriers and this can be arranged at the customers expense – however in many cases it is quite an affordable service.

Product Quality Guarantee:

We stand by our products at Essenza. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please send us an email and explain the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either replacement or credit.  Email essenza@esc.net.au

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of orders must be lodged by email or phone by close of business the day after submission of the order. Essenza cannot accept cancellation of orders past this time period. 

Return Policy:

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives via email.  Please tell us what is wrong with the item and the remedy you are seeking (credit or replacement). Returned products will not be accepted without prior communication.

Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, name, contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Whether you require a credit or a replacement, it is extremely important to provide as much detail as possible about what you are returning so that the return can be processed accurately & promptly.

Privacy Policy:
Information we collect (name, address, email) is solely for the purpose of our business dealings with you (so we can ship you your order). We will keep your name and contact information on file, for this purpose only. We will not release, sell or give away your personal information or email address to anyone. We do not keep customer's credit card information in our records unless specifically requested to do so by repeat customers.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices quoted in our catalogue & website do not include GST.
All prices are quoted ex-works and do not include shipping & transportation costs

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under and other cause of action.
